Evangelist Phil Fischer

Evangelist Phil A. Fischer is not an ordinary person. He is someone who has struggled through life and who has come out of his struggles to be what most people would consider successful. Phil was born in the year 1966 in Wichita Falls which is a small town in Texas. He traveled a lot when he was young with his mother. He lived in very many villages in Canada and very many people in Canada are familiar with him and they respect him very many because of his achievements. Phil started music at the age of 7 when his mother gave him an acoustic guitar at the age of seven.

Phil did not have an easy childhood. He lived alone and struggled a lot all through his childhood. He quit school at the age of 14 and was serious with his gospel music career though he did not release his music in America. It is in the 1990s when Phil did his first album which was titled ‘Wounded Soul’. This album spoke about all the things that he had experienced in his early life. The album was however recorded in 2000. It did not have good reception in the US but it sold a lot in India and other Asian countries.

Phil lived as a loner for many years before he met the woman of his dreams. Jamael, who is from Bellevue, introduced him to Christ and his life has been better and he has been happier ever since. They got married in the year 2003 and they currently have three kids. Evangelist Phillip Fischer attends the New Hope International Church which is in Bellevue. He also runs the church’s Bible study service on Wednesdays in his home and he welcomes anybody who would love to take part in the Bible study service.

Since he met Jamael, Phillip’s music has been concentrated towards worshiping and evangelism. He does his music for his overseas fans and he also concentrates where he believes his music is much needed so that it can help people come to Christ. He holds concerts and takes his music to places that he knows not many people will take the gospel such as the Middle East. Phillip is the pioneer of Seattle Revival. This is a revival that is meant to reach out to the homeless and it usually meets on Fridays to minister in Seattle.

Phil’s latest album which is titled ‘New Believer’ was finished in the year 2011 and he was able to sell a lot of copies for this album. The album was specifically meant for Phil’s overseas fans. It mostly spoke of the tribulations that Phil went through during his time before he knew Christ. Because he really wanted to spread the word and help those in Seattle, Phil left his music career and he is now a full time evangelist.

Phil Fischer: From the wilderness to spreading gospel in Seattle

Phil Fischer was born at an Air Force Base in Wichita Falls, Texas and grew to become one of the most renowned singer-songwriters of his generation.  Phil is currently living in Bellevue, Washington with his wife Jamael, their eldest son James who is nine, seven year old son Tristan and their five year old daughter Patricia. Phil spreads gospel in Seattle through music and evangelism. However, Phil’s journey to spreading gospel started from afar. He has been through many situations in his lifetime both good and difficult since he was a toddler.

Phil was born from a single mother by the name of Sharon Fischer who was 14 at the time of delivery. She later hitchhiked up the Alaskan highway leaving Phil behind. Later Phil was given up for adoption to a native family that came from Old Crow, Yukon. Phil’s adoptive family belonged to Vuntut Gwitchen tribe and lived on rearing caribou herds. At the age of 9, Phil was selling cigarettes and beer along Porcupine River in order to survive. At a very young age, Phil would basically get whatever was needed from the community living along the river. Everyday supplies were normally brought by float planes from Whitrehorse that would land on the river.

Phil was also a fisherman by the age of 13. He had been licensed to fish on the Bering Sea. Between 1983 and1985 Phil lived on The Bering Sea ship which fished in some of the most dangerous waters known to man between Siberia and Alaska. At the age of 11, Phil had begun singing as he had built his first band “The Jovial Moon”. Thereafter, Phil played with a dozen more bands that led to the growth of his music career. The most popular band that Phil ever played with is the Ex Box Boys.

Fischer’s popularity in the 90s escalated and he started performing in distant lands. He played in South America where he made his first album ‘Wounded Soul’. The album quickly becomes popular and sold millions of records in the South America, Asia and India. However, the album was never recorded in the U.S.A.  Now, Phil lives in Bellevue with his family and attends New Hope International church where he is the Worship leader. He commands a lot of respect and admiration from his fans all over the world. Also, Phil runs a music ministry that sees him traveling to different corners of the world while spreading the gospel to the masses.

Additionally, Phil has dedicated his life to spreading the gospel by opening Seattle Revival ministry in January 2013 where he will be preaching to the poor in Seattle. His ministry will be reaching out to the people who need the word in many parts of the world especially where his fans are highly concentrated. Last but not least, with the bible school that Phil runs in his home, he continues to teach people more about the bible and the Word of God. How Phil Fischer managed to start a ministry in Seattle

For many Phil Fischer is a musician-cum-singer/songwriter. He hails from Wichita Falls in Texas but grew up in Yukon Territory of Canada and in Alaska. His mother died barely a week after he was born and Phil was adopted by a native family. Just like any other kid growing up in the country, Phil faced many hardships on the way. However, he managed to move forward by engaging in small businesses and in fishing. Luckily, Phil discovered his talent in music early and began playing with other bands in the country. Phil has worked very hard on his music career and has been recognized by both American Music Awards and the Grammy Awards having been nominated multiple times and winning several awards for his notable works.

Fischer is now married with children and lives in Bellevue, Washington. He started Seattle Revival ministry in January 2013 in which he found an opportunity to serve Christ and the less fortunate. Starting a church ministry requires one to have the necessary capital so as to establish the building and other facilities that are required for the smooth running of the church. Phil has set up a team of qualified personnel who assist him in running the ministry.

Phil was also a very successful musician and, therefore, commanded a very large following. As a result, his fans were always in the forefront of his mind when he opened the ministry. Combining this with new members ensured that he obtained the necessary number of members in the ministry. His popularity in the music industry propelled him to success in the ministry. It is hard to run a church without experience in managing people. Phil was armed with one true advantage, his great wealth of experience in performing in front of crowds.
